How to search for people
You just need a persons surname
Thanks to 192's comprehensive people search facility searching for people to find or locate them is very easy. All you need is the persons surname, that's it. Obviously you may wish to refine the people search especially if the person you are looking for has a common name. You can therefore elect to narrow down your search area by a variety of search filters. Instead of doing a national search for the whole of the UK you can limit it to say London or Manchester or a distance search say 25 mile radius from the centre of Birmingham. You can also limit results by including a middle name, or if you know the person lives with a John Hughes or Jane Smith you can use this information.
Age is also another great filter, so you may ask only to be shown the name and address information for people between the age of 30 - 35 for example. You can also select what data to search through, so you may have lost contact with the person after 2018, so only search the electoral roll for 2018, 2019 and 2020. Data spanning 22 years 2000 - 2024 is available now.
Are people searches really free?
Yes! its totally free to try with thousands of results not requiring payment at all. There is no guarantee however that the information you are looking for will be found in the free results, you will however be shown some limited information from a more comprehensive list of results that uses additional databases and lists, these will require a small payment to view the full data (names and addresses) and you can buy credits for these. See the image below for an example search.
